What's MANDA KOSO?
Manda Koso is a best-selling plant fermentation food product in Japan, made from more than 50 kinds of fruits, vegetables and seaweed, carefully matured for more than 3 years and 3 months from raw materials without extracts or powders.
Manda Koso was originally developed in the hope that pregnant women would give birth to healthy babies.
As it is additive-free except for natural ingredients and is naturally fermented at room temperature without heat or water, it can be used to support the daily health of pregnant and lactating women, small children and the elderly.
How to choose fermented health food
There are 2 important points to choose fermented health foods.
1. Ingredients should be from natural foods
Manda Koso is made by fermenting and maturing more than 50 kinds of raw vegetables, fruits, grains and seaweeds, including their seeds and skins.
